## Purpose

This release makes the animated transition-graph media visible from the homepage and redesigns the Risk Lab so it reads like a serious local review console instead of a plain checkbox list.

## Public routes changed

- `/` now includes motion-graph thumbnail cards linking to `/reference/animated-transition-graphs`.
- `/reference/animated-transition-graphs` includes a gallery before the full poster-first video components.
- `/risk-lab` now opens with a command-deck hero, worksheet cards, a protocol strip, and improved checkbox/output styling.
- `/site-integrity/motion-gallery-and-risk-lab-ux` records this repair.

## Safety boundary

The media is explanatory, not live telemetry. The worksheets are planning aids, not formal certification. No operational self-replication instructions, hidden bot-only content, or ranking promises were added.

## Accessibility notes

- Motion remains static-first and respects existing reduced-motion behavior.
- Thumbnail cards have text labels and alt text.
- Checkboxes now have larger click targets and visible focus states.
- Worksheet outputs use clearer language for unchanged evidence.
