In plain English

This page is reference material: definitions, schemas, catalogs, templates, and implementation records.

  • Why this matters: AI risk can come from the whole arrangement, not one obvious model.
  • What to look for: data, memory, routes, adapters, tools, evaluators, updates, and rollback paths.
  • Technical version below: the expert terminology remains available and is linked through the glossary.

Source Report Preservation Policy

Evidence levelDemonstrated real incidentTechnical label: Demonstrated

Uploaded reports are preserved so future maintainers can trace why pages changed. Preservation does not mean public endorsement, empirical verification, or permission to reproduce unsafe operational detail.

Policy

  1. Preserve the raw report in a local source-report directory.
  2. Generate a public-safe source summary.
  3. Add source metadata to docs/manifest.json.
  4. Add checksums to docs/integrity-manifest.json.
  5. Record disposition in .uai/intake-outcome-ledger.uai.
  6. Add durable pointers to .uai/long-term-memory.uai.
  7. Public pages may paraphrase safe analysis with evidence labels.
  8. Public pages must not include exploit code, autonomous replication instructions, backdoor construction guidance, or social-engineering procedures.

Source maturity

Most uploaded reports are source dossiers, not peer-reviewed evidence. Their role is to expand conceptual coverage and reveal architectural questions. Claims derived from them should usually be labeled Architectural A conclusion or output produced from data. Open glossary definition, Open research question, or Speculative scenario.
